This card, Bond of Revival, would be beneficial in a deck focused on reanimating powerful creatures from the graveyard, such as a Black-based reanimator deck. While Bond of Revival provides the creature with haste, there are indeed more efficient reanimation spells like Reanimate or Animate Dead that cost less mana and have fewer restrictions, making them better choices for competitive play. However, Bond of Revival could still see play in more casual or budget decks looking to reanimate creatures with haste for a surprise attack.
