With Panharmonicon, Potion of Healing, and any of the creatures in play, cast the other creature. (For this example, I'll use Restoration Angel in hand and Felidar Guardian in play)
Restoration Angel's ability will trigger twice, target Felidar Guardian.
Felidar Guardian will come into play and his ability will trigger twice, target Restoration Angel and Potion of Healing
When it comes into play, Potion of Healing will make you draw a card.
Repeat the process for infinite draw.
