Ruby Collector would benefit a white weenie aggro deck that focuses on swarming the board with small creatures and quickly overwhelming the opponent. While the ability to conjure a Mox Ruby can provide additional mana acceleration, there are likely better options for a one-drop creature in this type of deck, such as Savannah Lions or Soldier of the Pantheon, which offer immediate board presence and pressure.
