Wickersmith’s Tools would fit best in a casual or Commander deck built around **-1/-1 counter synergies**, such as Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons; The Scorpion God; or any strategy using cards like Nest of Scarabs, Obelisk Spider, or proliferate effects to repeatedly place -1/-1 counters and quickly build up charge counters. In that shell, it functions as slow ramp early and a potential late-game token burst, but at three mana for a mana rock that only makes one mana and requires additional setup plus five more mana to cash in, it’s fairly inefficient.
