About Reliquary Tower

Reliquary Tower, Land, designed by Mark Poole first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 40 different ways. It see play in 2 formats: Commander and Duel Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 2.10.

A deck that focuses on drawing a large number of cards and maintaining a full hand would greatly benefit from including Reliquary Tower. Decks that rely on card advantage, such as control or combo decks, would find this card especially useful as it allows them to keep all the cards they draw without having to discard. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, such as Thought Vessel or Library of Leng, Reliquary Tower is a solid choice and should definitely see play in decks that prioritize hand size and card advantage.

If multiple effects modify your hand size, apply them in timestamp order. For example, if you put Null Profusion (an enchantment that says your maximum hand size is two) onto the battlefield and then put Reliquary Tower onto the battlefield, you’ll have no maximum hand size. However, if those permanents enter the battlefield in the opposite order, your maximum hand size would be two.
