What does the Reprint tag mean?
That the card already existed in an earlier set. The art, the frame or the edition may be new, but the card itself is not, so it usually stays playable wherever it was playable before.
When can I play the cards revealed here?
Only from the release date of the set they belong to. Each group of spoilers on this page is headed by its set and that date.
