Makeshift Munitions would be a great fit in a deck focused on sacrificing artifacts or creatures for value, such as an artifact-heavy deck or a deck with creatures that have beneficial death triggers. While it can provide some incremental damage, there are better cards like Goblin Bombardment or Blasting Station that offer more versatile and powerful effects for a sacrifice-based strategy. Makeshift Munitions could still see play in a budget or casual deck, but more competitive decks would likely opt for stronger alternatives.
