About Cinderbones

Cinderbones, Creature — elemental skeleton, designed by Carl Critchlow first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.

Cinderbones would be a great addition to a black-based aggro or control deck in Magic: The Gathering, as it provides a repeatable source of -1/-1 counters with its Wither ability and can regenerate itself for just {1}{B}. However, there are better options available in the current card pool, such as Geralf's Messenger or Skinrender, which offer more impactful effects for similar mana costs, making Cinderbones less likely to see play in competitive decks.
