About Shattered Perception
Shattered Perception, Sorcery, designed by Terese Nielsen first released in Feb, 2012 in the set Dark Ascension. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 54.95.
Shattered Perception can be beneficial in a red aggressive or burn deck that aims to cycle through cards quickly to find key pieces. However, there are better options available such as Faithless Looting or Cathartic Reunion which offer card selection and graveyard synergy. Shattered Perception may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high cost and limited utility compared to other options.
Rules
03/19/21
To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.
03/19/21
You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.
03/19/21
“Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”
