About Auratog
Auratog, Creature — atog, designed by Jeff Miracola first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 3.16.
Auratog would be a valuable addition to an enchantment-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, particularly in a White deck where it can easily be cast. It can provide a strong offensive boost by sacrificing enchantments to increase its power and toughness. However, there are better cards like Heliod's Pilgrim or Sram, Senior Edificer that can search for enchantments or draw cards, respectively, which may offer more consistent value in an enchantment-focused strategy. Auratog could still see play in a deck that heavily relies on enchantments for its win condition or synergy.
