About Homing Sliver

Homing Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Trevor Hairsine first released in May, 2020 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.39.

Homing Sliver would be beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it enables players to search for specific Sliver cards in their library, helping to assemble key pieces for their strategy. While Homing Sliver is useful for its slivercycling ability, there are potentially better options like Collected Company or Descendants' Path that offer more immediate value in terms of putting Sliver creatures directly onto the battlefield. However, Homing Sliver could still see play in more niche Sliver decks looking for additional card selection and consistency.

Unlike a normal cycling ability, Slivercycling doesn’t have you draw a card. Instead, it lets you search your library for a Sliver card.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.

Slivercycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with Slivercycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.
