This card, Shiv, would be beneficial in a tempo-based Rogue deck that focuses on maintaining board control while cycling through cards efficiently. While Shiv provides a small amount of damage and card draw, there are better options available such as Backstab for removal or Fan of Knives for AoE damage and card draw. However, Shiv could still see play in certain Rogue decks that require additional card draw and cheap spell synergies.
