About Dire Fleet Interloper
Dire Fleet Interloper, Creature — human pirate, designed by John Severin Brassell first released in Sep, 2017 in the set Ixalan. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 21.38.
Dire Fleet Interloper would fit well in a black-based aggressive pirate tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, benefiting from its Menace ability and the potential card advantage from exploring upon entering the battlefield. While it may not be a top-tier card, other options like Kitesail Freebooter or Ruin Raider could offer more immediate impact or card advantage, respectively. However, for a thematic pirate deck or a budget option, Dire Fleet Interloper could still see play and contribute to a fun and flavorful gameplay experience.
Rules
01/19/18
If a resolving spell or ability instructs a specific creature to explore but that creature has left the battlefield, the creature still explores. If you reveal a nonland card this way, you won’t put a +1/+1 counter on anything, but you may put the revealed card into your graveyard. Effects that trigger “whenever a creature you control explores” trigger if appropriate.
01/19/18
Once an ability that causes a creature to explore begins to resolve, no player may take any other actions until it’s done. Notably, opponents can’t try to remove the exploring creature after you reveal a nonland card but before it receives a counter.
