Midnight Mayhem would be beneficial in an aggressive Boros deck that focuses on quickly overwhelming the opponent with a swarm of creatures. The combination of creating multiple Gremlin tokens with menace, lifelink, and haste can put a lot of pressure on the opponent and potentially swing the game in your favor. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Midnight Mayhem's ability to create multiple tokens at once makes it a strong choice for decks looking to go wide and apply fast, aggressive pressure on the opponent. It could definitely see play in the right deck.
