About Rolling Earthquake
Rolling Earthquake, Sorcery, designed by Yang Hong first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 276.02.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board and dealing damage to both creatures and players would benefit from using Rolling Earthquake, especially in a multiplayer game where it can hit multiple opponents at once. However, for more efficient options, cards like Earthquake or Blasphemous Act might be better choices due to their lower cost or additional effects. Rolling Earthquake could see play in specific strategies that require its unique damage distribution, but it may not be a staple in every deck due to its higher mana cost.

Horsemanship is a keyword ability that functions similarly to flying. It appears in the Portal: Three Kingdoms set and does not appear in the Double Masters set. This means that in most cases Rolling Earthquake will simply deal X damage to each creature and each player, even creatures depicted on horseback in their illustration.
