Silkbind Faerie, Creature — faerie rogue, designed by Matt Cavotta first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 8.03.
This card, Silkbind Faerie, would be a great addition to a control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a versatile way to control the board by tapping down opposing creatures. However, there are more efficient options available such as Reflector Mage, which not only taps a creature but also returns it to its owner's hand, providing more value. While Silkbind Faerie may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in casual or budget decks looking for a budget-friendly control option.

If the permanent is already untapped, you can’t activate its ability. That’s because you can’t pay the “Untap this permanent” cost.

When you activate an ability, you untap the creature with that ability as a cost. The untap can’t be responded to. (The actual ability can be responded to, of course.)
