About Volcanic Vision
Volcanic Vision, Sorcery, designed by Noah Bradley first released in Mar, 2015 in the set Dragons of Tarkir Promos and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 5.35.
A red control deck focused on spells with high mana values would benefit from using Volcanic Vision, as it allows for card advantage and board control in one card. While Volcanic Vision can be powerful in the right deck, it may be too slow for competitive play due to its high mana cost. Other cards like Chandra, Pyromaster or Chandra, Torch of Defiance may offer similar effects with more versatility and efficiency, making them better choices for most decks.

If the target instant or sorcery card becomes an illegal target before Volcanic Vision resolves, the spell won’t resolve and none of its effects will happen. No damage will be dealt and Volcanic Vision won’t be exiled.
