MTG's next set March of the Machine: release date and products details

Magic: The Gathering's next Spring set for 2023, and the prerelease is here, along with news of a micro set to come right afterward!

The next release after Phyrexia: All Will Be Onelink outside website, March of the Machine, is on its way.

The set, which is already at its Prerelease state, counts with a variety of different products in the main website, namely, Draft Boosters, Set Boosters, Collector Boosters, Jumpstart Boosters, Bundles and Prerelease Packs.

Full release schedule is set to April 21st. It might seem a long time until then, but we can still take a look at how it's looking so far and get ourselves ready for its arrival and the arrival of its subsequent micro set, March of the Machine: Aftermath.

Draft Boosters

Other Products

A few other products are a bit more secretive, but we also have some information on them.

The Collector Boosters will contain:

> 12 March of the Machine MTG Collector Boosters

> 15 Magic cards + 1 foil token in each booster

> 10–12 foil cards in every pack

> 5 cards of rarity Rare or higher in every pack

> 1-3 Extended Art Cards, along with other special treatments

The March of the Machine Commander Set will contain:

> Five 100-card ready-to-play March of the Machine Commander Decks

> 2-card Collector Booster Sample Pack

> 1 foil-etched Display Commander

> Tokens

> Life tracker

Set Showcase

Though the actual release is still a couple of months away, there will be a special panel showcasing this new set for the first time at MagicCon Philadelphia on Sunday, February 19th. It's the WeeklyMTG Live: First Look at March of the Machine panel .

Schedule

For the March of the Machine, the schedule goes as follows, so far:

> April 14th-20th, 2023: Prerelease, along with the Jumpstart prerelease.

> April 18th: MTG Arena and MTGO digital release

> April 21st: Global release for tabletop

And, for the micro set which will follow, March of the Machine: The Aftermath, we only have a date of release, on May 12th. Remember, this set is a microset, so its Boosters are called Epilogue Boosters.
