Conciliator’s Duelist would fit best in an Orzhov (white-black) midrange or blink/value deck that leverages enter-the-battlefield triggers and targeted spells, particularly in formats where you can reliably cast many cheap instants or sorceries that target creatures (such as protection spells, combat tricks, or removal like *Feign Death*, *Ephemerate* in white shells, or one-mana protection effects).
