Kheru Mind-Eater would fit well into a control or midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially in a deck that focuses on hand disruption or value generation. Its ability to exile cards from the opponent's hand and potentially allow you to play those cards can be quite powerful, particularly in a slower, more grindy game. However, there are potentially better options for similar effects in the current metagame, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more immediate impact on the opponent's hand and are more efficient.
