A deck that focuses on dealing small, incremental damage and controlling the board would benefit from including Poison Counter Card, as it provides an alternate win condition by accumulating poison counters on the opponent. However, there are better cards like Glistener Elf or Blighted Agent that can more efficiently apply poison counters and have additional abilities to support the strategy. While Poison Counter Card can be a fun and unique inclusion, it may not be the most competitive choice in a deck looking to win through poison counters.
