Samut, Tyrant Smasher would be a great addition to an aggressive red/green creature-based deck looking to close out games quickly. The ability to give all creatures haste can lead to explosive turns and surprise attacks, while the -1 ability can provide a quick boost to a key creature. However, there are other planeswalkers like Domri, Anarch of Bolas or Chandra, Torch of Defiance that may offer more versatile or powerful abilities for their cost, so Samut may not always be the best choice depending on the specific strategy of the deck.
