A deck that already includes Dragons would benefit most from using Sarkhan's Rage, as it can deal 5 damage without any drawback. However, for decks without Dragons, there are better alternatives like Lightning Bolt or Lightning Helix, which offer similar damage output without any self-inflicted harm.
