About Dissipate
Dissipate, Instant, designed by Richard Kane Ferguson first released in Oct, 1996 in the set Mirage and was printed exactly in 13 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 5.74.
Dissipate would be a valuable addition to control decks in Magic: the Gathering, particularly those focused on countering spells and maintaining board control.
