**Incinerate** is best suited for aggressive or tempo-oriented decks that want efficient, flexible removal to clear early blockers or finish off damaged units during combat, especially in fast-paced battlefield-centric metas where 2 damage cleanly answers common low-health threats. It fits particularly well in aggro, midrange burn, or spell-synergy (spells-matter) archetypes that value cheap interaction and the ability to act during showdowns for combat swings. However, its ceiling is limited—2 damage for 2 cost is solid but not exceptional—so if there are cards that deal 3 damage for 2 cost, scale with bonuses, hit multiple targets, or provide additional utility (like card draw or status effects), those would generally be stronger inclusions.
