About The Rack
The Rack, Artifact, designed by Richard Thomas first released in May, 2020 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 12 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Premodern. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 37.54.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size, such as a discard-heavy strategy, would benefit from using The Rack in Magic: the Gathering. While The Rack can be effective in punishing opponents with low hand sizes, there are better options like Shrieking Affliction which deals damage regardless of the opponent's choice. However, The Rack can still see play in decks looking to apply consistent pressure and disrupt the opponent's resources.

You choose one opposing player as this card enters the battlefield and it only affects that one player. This choice is not changed even if this card changes controllers. It becomes useless but stays on the battlefield if the chosen player leaves the game.
