This card, Dream Cache, would benefit control decks that focus on card advantage and manipulation. While it provides card draw, the requirement to put cards back on top or bottom of the library can be a drawback. A better alternative might be a card like Opt, which allows for card selection without the downside of potentially losing valuable cards. Dream Cache could see play in specific deck archetypes that can take advantage of its unique effect, but overall, there are more efficient options available for card draw and manipulation in Magic: the Gathering.
