A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and has a high density of powerful permanents with varying mana values would benefit from including Genesis Wave. While Genesis Wave can provide explosive turns by putting multiple permanents onto the battlefield at once, it can be inconsistent and risky due to the random nature of the cards revealed. Green-based ramp decks like Mono-Green Tron or Amulet Titan might find better consistency and reliability with cards like Tooth and Nail or Primal Surge, which allow for more targeted and controlled deployment of threats. Genesis Wave could still see play in more casual or fun-oriented decks looking for big, flashy plays.
