The new Arena Open will happen in the Standard format, on October 16-17

Any player who is 18+ may compete, with an entry fee of 20,000 gold or 4,000 gems, and all participants will receive the Ominous Roost card sleeve

Players may qualify for day 2 by winning four Best-of-Three matches or seven Best-of-One matches

Obtaining seven wins on Day 2 will grant players US$ 2000 plus a Qualifier Weekend Invitation (six wins will grant US$ 1000)

Cards Realm

You can play as many times as you like on Day 1 (if you pay the entry fees), but you have just one shot at Day 2
