The MFA is a tool that requires you to add an additional code when you log into an account, in addition to your password

According to Riot, you can use the system to require a confirmation code every time you log in their games, and not just when using a different device

However, please note that the new feature "includes Riot game clients, Riot Client, Riot Mobile, and RiotGames.com.
Players logging in through Garena and other 3rd party portals will not have the option to use MFA"

For now, you will only receive the code through your e-mail, but Riot says they are working on improving the system and will have news later this year

You will need to verify your e-mail in your Riot Account to enable MFA
To enable it, you have to:
1- Sign in to your Riot account page
2-Navigate to the Sign-In & Security tab
3-Locate the 2-factor authentication card
4- Select ENABLE

If you don't want to enter a code everytime, you may select the option "Remember this app for 30 days"
