Cards Realm 39 workers from Paizo, the publisher of RPGs Starfinder and Pathfinder, have formed a Union, under the motto Don't Split the Party Image Credits: @PaizoWorkers

According to their website, "the Paizo workers, recognize that workplace issues shouldn’t be management’s responsibility to solve in a vacuum, and we want to have a seat at the table for discussions on our working conditions and livelihoods. We believe our support is invaluable to management as we all work to make Paizo the best it can be"
