For now, on the Americas, only stores in the US had authorization to reopen stores for sanctioned Yu-Gi-Oh! play.

Starting this September, stores in Canada are now authorized to get back to Yu-Gi-Oh! sanctioned play as well, as long as they obey local laws and recommendations

According to Konami, they are still monitoring the situation in Latin America, but there is no ETA of when in-store play will be authorized there.
