A red aggressive deck that focuses on dealing damage quickly to opponents would benefit from using Light Up the Stage, as it allows for card advantage and potentially more plays in a turn. However, there are other cards like Experimental Frenzy or Chandra, Torch of Defiance that provide more consistent card advantage and value in the long run, making them better choices in certain situations. Light Up the Stage can still see play in decks looking for burst card draw and tempo plays.

If you exile a land card, you can play it only during your main phase and only if you have an available land play remaining.

Spectacle doesn’t change when you can cast the card. For example, you can’t cast a sorcery with spectacle during an opponent’s turn unless another effect allows you to do so, even if that player has lost life this turn.
