Questa carta sarebbe utile in un mazzo di token basato sul bianco che si concentra sulla creazione di più token creatura per sfruttare la capacità di guadagno di vita quando Conclave Phalanx entra in campo di battaglia. Anche se può essere un'aggiunta decente in un tale mazzo, ci sono potenzialmente opzioni migliori come \[\[Spectral Procession\]\] o \[\[Lingering Souls\]\] che forniscono più valore per un costo ed effetto simili, quindi la sua giocabilità potrebbe dipendere dalla strategia specifica e dalle sinergie all'interno del mazzo.

If a creature you control has a mana ability with in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with convoke will result in the creature being tapped before you pay the spell’s costs. You won’t be able to tap it again for convoke. Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won’t be on the battlefield when you pay the spell’s costs, so you won’t be able to tap it for convoke.
