Woestenij, Land, designed by Una Fricker first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 25 different ways. It see play in 3 formats: Commander, Duel Commander and Premodern. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 32.55.
Wasteland is een veelzijdige kaart die goed past in decks die de manabasis van de tegenstander willen verstoren, zoals controle- of tempodecks. Hoewel het in bepaalde situaties effectief kan zijn, zijn er andere landvernietigingskaarten zoals Ghost Quarter of Field of Ruin die meer bruikbaarheid kunnen bieden in een breder scala aan matchups. Of Wasteland gespeeld moet worden, hangt af van het specifieke deck en de metagame, maar het kan een goede keuze zijn voor decks die niet-basislanden willen ontwrichten.
