Oneirophage would be a great addition to a blue control deck that focuses on drawing cards regularly. Its ability to grow in power with each card drawn can quickly make it a formidable threat in the air. However, a similar card that could potentially be better is Consecrated Sphinx, which not only draws you more cards but also has a larger body. Oneirophage could see play in decks that rely on card advantage and flying creatures, but its effectiveness may vary depending on the overall strategy of the deck.
