Resonating Lute would fit best in a spellslinger or control-combo deck—particularly Izzet (blue-red) builds that aim to chain instants and sorceries, such as Storm, Jeskai Control, or spell-based combo decks that leverage high mana generation to fuel big turns. The static ability effectively turns all your lands into powerful ritual effects for spellcasting, which is extremely strong if you untap with it, enabling explosive turns with cards like *Expansion // Explosion*, *Crackle with Power*, or storm payoffs. However, at four mana and requiring you to untap before benefiting from the mana boost (since lands can’t be used the turn this comes down unless already untapped), it’s relatively slow compared to format staples like *Baral, Chief of Compliance*, *Goblin Electromancer*, *Birgi, God of Storytelling*, or even mana engines like *High Tide* (in older formats), which generate value immediately and more efficiently; similarly, for card draw, repeatable engines like *Archmage Emeritus*
