This card, Time Wipe, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on board control and tempo. While it can be a powerful board wipe, there are potentially better options like Wrath of God or Supreme Verdict that offer more efficient and immediate removal. However, Time Wipe could still see play in certain situations where bouncing one of your own creatures is advantageous or when the color combination fits well with the deck's strategy.
