Beadle & Grimm's is a tabletop-gaming company founded in 2018 by actor Matthew Lillard, entrepreneur Bill Rehor, and game designer Jon Ciccarelli. Its first major product was a licensed premium edition of Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons & Dragons adventure Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, released that year for fifth-edition players everywhere.

Rather than simply reprinting a campaign, the company assembles physical play aids selected to match its setting and storyline. The Dragon Heist box included handouts, maps, encounter materials, and props intended for the streets, villains, and factions of Waterdeep, the Forgotten Realms city where much of the adventure takes place.

Beadle & Grimm's subsequently produced premium editions tied to other official Dungeons & Dragons releases, including Curse of Strahd, Eberron: Rising from the Last War, Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden, and The Wild Beyond the Witchlight. These sets have used documents, tokens, maps, jewelry, and other table-ready artifacts for immersive play sessions.

The company has made tiers of its releases, such as Platinum and Silver editions, allowing buyers to choose how many accessories are included. Its focus remains licensed material: the packages are designed around published Wizards of the Coast campaigns, with components made to be used by Dungeon Masters and players.

In 2020, Lillard and the company expanded beyond curated Dungeons & Dragons boxes with Dungeons & Dragons: The Adventure Begins, a board game made with Wizards of the Coast. It lets players take the roles of adventurers and uses a simplified format aimed at introducing families and newer players to the game at home.

Another branch, Beadle & Grimm's Pandemonium Warehouse, sells roleplaying games, miniatures, comics, and related merchandise from its New Jersey location while operating online as well. The name Pandemonium Warehouse evokes the company's interest in gaming loot, but it is a retail operation distinct from the premium-edition line and its campaign-specific boxes for gamers.

Lillard's public profile as an actor, including his role as Shaggy Rogers in later Scooby-Doo productions, has helped make him the company's visible cofounder. Yet Beadle & Grimm's products are tied closely to tabletop publishing: each box is built around a particular adventure, not a generic collection of fantasy-themed goods for gaming.

Through these releases, the founders have pursued a collector-oriented version of roleplaying support that combines official text with tangible objects. Maps can be placed on the table, letters can be handed to characters, and tokens can represent story elements. That premise, established with Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, remains to Beadle & Grimm's catalog.
