Fblthp, the Lost, Legendary creature — homunculus, designed by Jesper Ejsing first released in May, 2019 in the set War of the Spark Promos and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.67.

Fblthp, the Lost would benefit a deck that focuses on card draw and library manipulation, such as a control or combo deck. While Fblthp's ability to draw cards upon entering the battlefield is useful, its vulnerability to being shuffled back into the library when targeted by a spell can be a drawback. Other cards like Snapcaster Mage or Jace, Vryn's Prodigy may offer more versatility and consistency in card advantage, making them potentially better options for competitive play. However, Fblthp could still see play in more casual or themed decks for its unique abilities and flavor.

If the spell that targets Fblthp has no other targets, it won’t resolve (because it no longer has a legal target after Fblthp has gotten totally lost in your library).
