Barbarian General could be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that focuses on quick, evasive attacks, as its horsemanship ability can make it difficult for opponents to block effectively. However, there are likely better options available for a 4-mana slot in a competitive deck, such as more efficient creatures or cards with additional abilities that provide more value.
