Irma, Part-Time Mutant would fit best in a blue-based creature deck that leverages strong “enter the battlefield,” combat-triggered, or scaling creatures—especially in Commander, where copying your best creature every combat step and growing with +1/+1 counters can snowball quickly. She’s particularly strong in decks with high-impact creatures like Mulldrifter-style value pieces, Master of Waves-type board builders, or creatures with powerful attack triggers, and she synergizes well with +1/+1 counter strategies and blink/value shells since she keeps her name and ability while scaling over time.
