**Raiding Schemes** would fit best in a red-green (Gruul) spellslinger or token-based deck that can consistently flood the board with creatures, since conspire requires tapping two same-colored creatures to copy noncreature spells; decks that generate lots of tokens (like Goblins, Elementals, or Treasure-producing builds that also make creatures) can turn every burn spell, ramp spell, or value enchantment into double impact. It especially shines in Commander where you can build around it with token engines (e.g., Avenger of Zendikar, Dragon Fodder effects, or Fable of the Mirror-Breaker–style cards) and impactful noncreature spells worth copying, but at five mana and requiring board presence, it’s slow and “win-more” compared to stronger options like **Thousand-Year Storm** (which snowballs spell copies without needing creatures) or **Double Vision** (which guarantees a copy each turn with no tapping requirement), both of which are generally more consistent in spell-heavy builds.
