This card, Otherworldly Journey, would be beneficial in a white-based control deck looking to temporarily remove threats from the battlefield while also providing a boost to the returned creature. However, a similar card like Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares may be more versatile in dealing with threats permanently, making them better options in most situations.
