Leaks are notoriously known for ruining spoiler seasons, but this one seems to have come from WotC themselves! These Leaks show the new Secret Lair in Magic: The Gathering, featuring the characters from the new DnD movie, “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves”.

Edit Article

Earlier today, new Secret Lair cards celebrating the release of the much-awaited Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves movie were leaked! These alternative versions show the Dungeons & Dragons characters from the movie as Magic cards, a crossover that has been done before, as WotC is the company behind each game.

This leak, unlike others, has seemingly come from Wizards themselves by the Singaporean WOTC Twitter.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves will be hitting theaters March 31st, but early previews have placed the movie at a reasonable option for families and lovers of the Dungeons & Dragons franchise. It stars heavy-weight Hollywood actors Chris Pine as a Bard, Michelle Rodriguez as a Barbarian, Regé-Jean Page as a Paladin, Justice Smith as a Sorcerer, Sophia Lillis as a Tiefling Druid and Hugh Grant as a Rogue.

The Secret Lair shows each of them very adequately translated into the Magic: The Gathering World:

Each of these cards represent the characters from the movie to a tee, which has been somewhat uncanny to certain players who might be surprised to see famous actors in their Magic Cards. Other players have received these versions positively and wonder about their “Universes Beyond” status. When these are set to be released is still uncertain, as WotC still hasn't posted any updated regarding this leak.

What is sure, however, is that these cards are the latest daring step in WotC’s marketing campaign for the movie.
