About Macabere Wals

Macabere Wals, Tovenarij, designed by Jim Murray first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension and was printed exactly in 10 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.01.

Een op kerkhoven gericht kaartspel, zoals een reanimator- of recursiekaartspel, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Macabre Waltz, omdat je hiermee maximaal twee wezenkaarten van je kerkhof terug naar je hand kunt brengen, terwijl je ook kaartselectie mogelijk maakt door een kaart weg te gooien. Er zijn echter krachtigere opties beschikbaar, zoals Dread Return en Reanimate, die wezens rechtstreeks terug naar het slagveld kunnen brengen, waardoor ze mogelijk betere keuzes maken, afhankelijk van de strategie van het kaartspel. Macabre Waltz zag nog steeds spel in decks die op zoek waren naar extra kaartvoordeel en kerkhofinteractie.
