About Distress
Distress, Sorcery, designed by Michael Sutfin first released in Oct, 2004 in the set Champions of Kamigawa and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.41.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and controlling their resources would benefit from including Distress. Decks that aim to slow down the opponent's game plan by removing key cards from their hand would find Distress useful. However, there are more efficient options like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more flexibility or additional benefits. While Distress can be a decent budget option, it may not see play in more competitive decks due to the availability of stronger alternatives.
