Good Morning Magic releases previews from Forgotten Realms' Commander Decks!

The Good Morning Magic show introduced the four Commander Deck commanders and some abilities we'll see on cards that will be in preconstructed decks.

Good Morning Magic has presentedlink outside website today some previews from what we will see in the Commander decks from the new set Adventures in the Forgotten Realms.

Gavin has announced each deck will have a front-face commander that will be an Adventurer, while the alternate commander will be a Monster.

Vendriss, Rage of Ancients will be the commander for the red-green deck, Draconic Rage.

Sefris of the Hidden Ways will be the commander for the white-blue-black deck, Dungeons of Death.

Gavin has also released a few previews of some effects and cards we will see inside the preconstructed decks:

A white card that can phase out your creatures.

A legend with the rules text, "Whenever an Illusion you control dies"...

A cursed version of a previous D&D-inspired Magic Card

A new card with the melee mechanic

A card named "Ride the Avalanche"

A card that uses component counters

A land that can remove an artifact, creature, or planeswalker from the battlefield.

A new enchant player curse

A card with the creature type "Beholder Skeleton"

An equipment with equip 10

A card with an ability that begins, "Until end of turn, permanents your opponents control gain"...

A card that grants some of your spells cascade

Adventures in the Forgotten Realms comes out on July 15 on Magic Online and Magic Arena, and its worldwide release is on July 23.
