Polukranos, Délivré serait un ajout puissant à un deck Golgari midrange ou axé sur le cimetière dans Magic: The Gathering, car il offre une menace polyvalente qui peut croître en puissance et éliminer les créatures adverses. Bien qu'il ne soit pas la meilleure carte absolue dans toutes les situations, sa capacité à combattre à plusieurs reprises les créatures et sa résilience aux dégâts en font un choix solide pour les decks cherchant à contrôler le plateau et à appliquer une pression.
