About Grafted Skullcap

A deck that focuses on drawing cards quickly and efficiently, such as a blue control deck or a combo deck, would benefit from using Grafted Skullcap. However, the drawback of having to discard your hand at the end of each turn can be quite significant, potentially limiting the card advantage gained. There are better options available, such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor, which provides card advantage without the downside of discarding your hand.
